The kamuynipopo keyholders carved on both sides made by the shop owner, Mr. Shitomi, can be viewed 360 degrees thanks to its two sides being carved and are thus charms for mountain walks or traffic safety, while the colorful accessories are mainly blue as to ward off evil.

The Japanese pagoda tree carved with Ainu patterns at the entrance is its landmark.
Japanese pagoda wood carved with Ainu patterns flank both sides of the entrance to welcome you. Lining the storefront are large carved works by the shop owner Mr. Watanabe of subjects such as owls and wolves. You will also see Mr. Watanabe's work production as he knocks into big pieces of wood at the workbench right at the entrance.

The shop of Kengo Takiguchi, a woodcarving artist who inherited the shop from his predecessor Masamitsu Takiguchi, and is running the shop with his painter wife.
